AarilanoIPTV Order Refund Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are considered FINAL once submitted and payment is received. Once an order is submitted, it will immediately enter our processing stage at which point we will begin activating your subscription. It is the general policy of AarilanoIPTV that no refunds will be issued after a subscription is activated.

New and returning subscribers will be sent the details for account login once AarilanoIPTV has finished the activation of the IPTV account. Accounts will be termed based on the membership purchased and will expire afterwards. Membership details and expiration information can always be found on the IPTV platform to verify the length. After such activation, all sales are final and no modifications to your service can be made.

As is the nature of IPTV, AarilanoIPTV has no control over the content provided or any streaming-related issues. All media is owned by AarilanoIPTV partners and the television networks and AarilanoIPTV does not make any guarantees or claims in regards to this content, and should only be held liable for the delivery and access of such content. IPTV requires a steady and fast internet connection for the best streaming experience; AarilanoIPTV cannot assume all liability in case of service outage.

Any and all service issues can be reported to our support team for prompt resolution. Only cases of extended service outage or other disruption (2 week minimum) will be considered possibly refundable.
